Digital strategy

Online is where all the action is. Whether you’re buying, selling, signing up, expressing an opinion, or just trying to run your life, the internet is the locus for a lot, possibly most, of that activity. So how do you, as a business owner, executive director, president, or communications person deal with that? The answer to that question is “you come up with a digital strategy.”

There’s a lot to think about:

  • Advertising
  • Communications
  • Bulk email
  • Website redesign
  • Social media

For starters. And there’s lots of ways to spend money on the above. But if you’re looking to succeed at any of this, a little strategizing will go a long way.

If you’re giving your website a re-think, how are you going to avoid scope creep? What is scope creep? How are you going to measure success (or failure)? How do you decide what to build? Do you build or buy? And what if you build it and they don’t come?

I have built, planned and relaunched a lot of websites. From volunteer amateur efforts to national scope sites with six figure budgets. I’ve bought Google ads and boosted a bunch of Facebook posts and sent a lot of bulk emails. I can help you keep your field of dreams from becoming your swamp of nightmares.
