Day 1 Breakfast On the road Restrictions: this was a challenging group. We had nut allergies, vegetarians, and a variety of lifestyle food choices. But no one ever went hungry and the food was brilliant.
  Lunch On the road
  Dinner Christine lemon chicken, brown rice, carrots sauteed in olive oil and basil, greek salad(feta cheese), fruit pie for dessert
Day 2 Breakfast Leo French toast with maple syrup, fruit salad honeydew melon, cantaloupe, apples, grapes
  Lunch Bruce rye bread, grilled eggplant and red peppers, emmanthal cheese, romaine lettuce, salami, tomatoes, calamata olives, cucumber, poppyseed cake for dessert.
  Dinner Rick Fusilli with Broccoli, Salad, Bread, 2-bite Brownies
Day 3 Breakfast Rick Multi-Grain Cereal, Dry Cereal, Fruit
  Lunch    
  Dinner Leo Soft tacos, vegetarian taco mix, black bean dip, vegetarian chili, rice, artichoke, radish, kidney beans salad, salsa on the side, custard with cherries and mangoes
Day 4 Breakfast Robert Scrambled Eggs, Sweet Potatoes, Bacon
  Lunch Helmut Salami, cheese on buns/bread
  Dinner Denise Lima Beans, Potatoes, Sausages or Chili
Day 5 Breakfast Helmut Pancakes with fresh berries
  Lunch Christine canned salmon/tuna, wraps, carrots, green pepper, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, cheese
  Dinner Rick Black Beans with Corn & Ham, Carrot & Raisin Salad, Dessert Bars
Day 6 Breakfast Denise Millet with Dates
  Lunch Fred Chickpea salad w/ garlic, chilli, onion, Tabouli, Ham (canned)/Salami/sausage, Cheese, Rye rusks, Energy bars
  Dinner Chris Chick pea and potato-carrot curry with rice and "naan" (aka south asian flatbread)
Day 7 Breakfast Bruce oatmeal porridge, dried fruit
  Lunch Leo soft tortillas, smoked salmon, Brie cheese, carrots raisin salad, Pepperoni for non-vegetarians
  Dinner Robert Chili Corn Bake or Black Bean Chili & dessert
Day 8 Breakfast Fred Oatmeal porridge and raisins,Kippers (canned), Cheese, Rye rusks, Dried fruit
